Authentic Vietnamese Flavor, Made Fresh Daily
King's Vietnamese Cuisine started small — a one-truck operation parked along a busy Hilo street, dishing out banh mi and pho to a steady stream of regulars who kept coming back for more. That humble beginning built the foundation for what we are today: a full-service restaurant at 810 Piilani Street, still cooking the same recipes with the same care that earned us our loyal following.
Every dish on our menu is made with fresh ingredients and traditional Vietnamese technique, from rich, slow-simmered pho and bun bo hue to crispy banh xeo, hand-rolled spring and summer rolls, and our famous banh mi. Whether you're stopping in for a quick lunch, settling in for dinner, or ordering ahead for pickup, our goal is the same dish after dish: bold, comforting flavor made the right way.
We're proud to be part of the Hilo community and grateful to everyone who's supported us from the food truck days to now. Come hungry, and let us show you why our regulars keep coming back.

Too good to be true, even compare to the Vietnamese restaurant in San Jose(largest Vietnamese population in US). It's no longer a food truck but you can dine in in the restaurant. Everything we ordered is excellent.

Tofu báhn mì is killah! Have gotten the tofu pho before which is action but today was too hot for dat. Prices are affordable, staff is always friendly, and service is quick. Plenty of parking in lot and across the street and lots of seating inside.

OMG! I want to so bad not to review this place because it will only make it more popular and I just want it all for myself. Would that be selfish of me? I mean, this place, omg the pho, the banh mi, and I've only been here once. I want to melt when I walk in. Thank you for being here.
